I am Senior Counsel at Holland & Knight in Mexico City, specializing in commercial and investment arbitration. I also have experience in State-to-State proceedings and public international law non-contentious advisory issues, including in the space sector. 

I studied law at Sciences Po in Paris and at Columbia Law School in New York (LLM), and have a certificate in Strategic Space Law from McGill University. Currently, I am a PhD candidate at the University of Cologne undertaking research on the Investment Protection of Space Assets under International Law.

I work in English, Spanish, French and German and am qualified to practice law in New York, in Paris and in Mexico.

In addition, I am an officer of the IBA Space Law Committee (Treasurer), a member of the ICDR Y&I Global Board, Co-Chair of the Latin America Interest Group of the American Society of International Law, and President of the Space Arbitration Association, which I founded in 2021.
